HTML | Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) is a formating language used to create and edit internet pages. HTML is the basic frame that is interpreted by web-browsers to release and allow visitors access to a webpage. This markup language is continually refined and further developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The most recent version is 4.01, while the W3C is currently developing the HTML 5. |

By entering "http://www.my_domain.de?, the data is sent in the hyper-text format (signalled through the "http://").
